Reschedule or Cancel a Booking

Do you already have a booking and you have a last minute change of plan? Yeah! These things happen and they may be beyond our control. Don’t fret and follow the steps laid down below to reschedule or cancel your booking.

Log into the website and go to your Dashboard.

Go to Reservations and choose the reservation you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Click on Contact Owner and choose your new dates, should you wish to reschedule or communicate your decision with the owner.

Owner will accept your new dates or cancel your booking entirely as per your request. Please note that the decision is absolutely based on the owner and the cancellation policy on the property.
