How to contact the host once booking is confirmed
How do I contact the property owner after booking is confirmed?
Likizo Lettings has its own internal messaging system that you can use to contact the owner of the vacation rentals you are about to book in case you have any question. The same messaging system can be used after booking is confirmed to arrange check-in.
Login to your account
Log in to your account from the top menu.
Go to My Reservations
From the user dashboard, go to My Reservations.
You can as well use the dropdown menu on the right top side of the screen as shown in the screenshot below:
Click Contact Owner
Click on the green button “Contact Owner”
Input your message and send
After clicking the 'contact owner' button, a 'contact the owner' dialogue box will pop up.
Type your message in the message field. Input your new dates, if you wish to change booking dates and send.
However, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email containing the contact details of the property owner.
Check any email received from the owner, also you will be able to view the the contact information of the host from the owner’s page immediately after your reservation is confirmed.
