When do I get my payout?

For all online bookings, we provide payment security to both the guest and the owner by taking all payments securely via our website. See the accepted payment means. We will transfer the payout (less the service fee) to your designated account 24 hours after guests check in.

Please be aware that we do not include security deposits in the payout. Security deposits will be refunded to the guest after check out without any damages.
