The cancelation policies for Likizo Lettings

A cancellation policy is the amount of money the traveler will not be refunded if they cancel a booking within a given time frame. For example, 25% will be refunded to the customer if he cancels less than 24 hours before the check-in date. The hosts determine the cancelation policy on each listings.

There are three cancelation policies available for owners to choose from, namely: Flexible, Moderate, and Strict.

These policies determine if and how a refund for a confirmed booking will be processed with respect to your check-in date. They are also in effect for a no-show situation.

Flexible:

Cancelations made within 72 hours in advance of the check-in date will receive full refund.

Moderate:

Cancelations made within 72 hours will receive a 50% refund.

Strict:

Cancelations made within 72 hours will not receive a refund.
